WellEarn Accessibility Statement

1. Our Goal

We want everyone to be able to use WellEarn, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control or the keyboard only. Our goal for this website, wellearn.io, is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

2. What We Do

Automated tests check every page of this website, and as of October 30, 2026 they show that: the pages pass the checks of axe, an automated accessibility checker, for the success criteria of WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 at levels A and AA, color contrast among them; a skip link takes keyboard users past the header to the main content; the text is set at 18 px, and no text is smaller than 14 px; motion is short and can be turned off: on the home page the picture of the first screen settles and its progress bar runs once, for 4.5 seconds, when the page opens, and parts of the page rise into place as they scroll into view; nothing moves by itself for longer than 5 seconds, nothing blinks or fades, and nothing moves at all when the device is set to reduce motion; the pages need no JavaScript to work; and no page scrolls sideways at widths from 360 to 1440 px, also with the text 15% larger. The tests run in Google Chrome at widths of 360, 390, 820 and 1440 px, and in WebKit, the engine of Safari, at 390 px.

3. Known Limitations

This statement covers our website, wellearn.io. It does not cover our quiz and checkout pages, the web dashboard where you use your account, or the WellEarn apps: they are separate products. Automated tests cannot find every accessibility problem, so please tell us about anything that gets in your way.

If something on WellEarn is hard for you to use, or you need information in another format, email support@wellearn.io with “Accessibility” in the subject. Tell us the page and what went wrong; we will help you get what you need and fix the problem where we can. We aim to reply within 5 business days.

5. Version History

October 30, 2026: the home page has short motion, described in section 2, which stops when the device is set to reduce motion.
